Welcome to FitNMatch!
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FitNMatch (the “Platform,” “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, mobile application, and any related services. By signing up, participating in challenges, voting, referring users, or otherwise engaging with FitNMatch, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to register for FitNMatch and participate in challenges.
  2. Users must provide accurate, current, and complete registration details.
  3. Free users can access limited features, while paid users can participate in challenges and exclusive events.
  4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Paid Memberships & Challenges

  1. Paid Users gain access to participate in challenges, competitions, and exclusive events.
  2. Challenge slots are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
  3. Fees for paid memberships and challenge participation are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
  4. FitNMatch reserves the right to modify or cancel any challenge, prize structure, or event at any time for operational or security reasons.

3. Free Users & Voting System

  1. Free users can only vote for participants in challenges but cannot participate in competitions.
  2. Free users can earn points via the referral program and redeem them for access to paid challenges.
  3. Votes may influence ranking but do not determine challenge winners, which may be based on fitness results, engagement, or other criteria.

4. AI Trainers & User Conduct

  1. AI trainers provide automated guidance but are not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice.
  2. You agree not to misuse AI trainers, spam other users, or exploit platform mechanics.
  3. Any fraudulent activities, including fake votes, bot referrals, or cheating in challenges, may result in account termination.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

  1. FitNMatch may offer weekly, monthly, or annual subscription plans for paid users.
  2. If you opt for a free trial, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid auto-renewal.
  3. No refunds will be issued once a payment is processed, except where required by law.
  4. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Prize Pools & Payouts

  1. Paid users participating in challenges may compete for cash prizes, rewards, or sponsorships.
  2. Prizes are subject to verification, and FitNMatch may withhold rewards if a user is found violating terms.
  3. Taxes on any winnings are the sole responsibility of the user.

7. Termination & Suspension

  1. FitNMatch reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including fraudulent behavior, harassment, or abuse of the platform.
  2. Users may delete their accounts, but subscriptions and participation fees are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. FitNMatch is not liable for any injuries, damages, or health risks incurred from using our platform, challenges, or AI trainers.
  2. We do not guarantee weight loss, fitness gains, or other expected outcomes from challenges.
  3. FitNMatch is not responsible for third-party services linked within the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

FitNMatch reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
